Peregrine

An adult male peregrine falcon was hunting the lapwing flock(200) at shelf moor this lunchtime then headed off towards shibden Valley.1 redpoll ,4 Siskin,7 goldeneye ,2 little grebe, 20+ Goosander,12 Cormorant(2 synensis),2 bullfinch and a Sparrowhawk at Cromwell bottom.

How intersting is that? I had a Perergrine up on the hill from hell too.

Must be the same bird,having a look for food after the cold spell when nowt was moving

Glad you picked up some Goosander today. Not one in sight yesterday at the gravel pits!
