Had a quick look round today , heavy sleet and rain most of the morning with the highlight an adult female Sparrowhawk hunting a flock of Thrushes in front of the house at first light and a small group of 6 Stock Doves , Goldeneye at EGPits , Shelduck at Ringstone..., and a Grey Heron over the house this aftenoon..managed 37 species....HNY one and all.............
