They were still there today John.....showing well only saw 3 males and 2 females ....feeding on heather...

This aft, I came off soil hill top, down the diagonal path and out to the road along Ned Hill Lane. I guess they were on the heather near the houses behind the conifers on the 'north' end?

Yes ..its very very muddy down there..
Nice one with the Bullfinch - they certainly like feeding on the heather in the winter.
Never seen them feeding on heather before..fantastic..!!
There were 8 this morning 4 males and 4 females
