The first part of January is the usually the best time to see pink footed geese here , heading east or west , but for some reason this year i have only seen 1 so far.

Last year my trans Pennine Pinkies started to show from the 20th Jan on and into February.
Yes I reckon your right this year , should be a move any time now...
