Down sarff
A bit of survey work produced singing males of...2 Lesser whitethroat, 4 Grasshopper Warbler , 6 Sedge warbler,8 Reed warbler,5 yellow wagtail,displaying Marsh harrier ,Treen sparrow,yellowhammers,and this beautiful brimstone nectaring on dandillion
It was in Nottingham and the place was just like EGP same size and habitat..Went again today and added 2 more Lesser whitethroats and 3 groppers acouple of Buzzards and 2 Shovlers

You really know how to hurt a northern birder! What a bunch of birds to get.

Its a beautiful species Brimstone Nick Dawtry and Steve Cummings had one last week at Ryburn,just a wanderer and it didnt settle for a photo.
